Centrally located and just a leisurely stroll away from the scenic River Cam, this peaceful home presents an ideal fusion of serenity and sophistication. We offer an allocated off-site parking space approximately 3-minute drive from the property. Please note that we provide a parking permit for 1 vehicle only. The Space: The interior boasts an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout. You'll find a delightful breakfast area with large windows that overlook a beautiful garden, an ideal spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply enjoying the serenity of our back garden, you'll find this space to be a haven of tranquility. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In the main bedroom there is a King size bed, and in the other room there are two single beds. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a single bed. The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring our historic city. Sofa Bed Use For bookings of fewer than 5 guests, the sofa bed is not included in the standard rate. If you wish to use the sofa bed, an additional charge applies to cover extra linen and preparation. This must be requested in advance. We would come again for sure!The only thing to improve is the sleeping situation in the main bedroom: it is a king size bed with one mattress (a quite "bumpy" one) and one cover. It might be a cultural thing, but we find that the sleep on two separate mattresses and two covers is much more comfortable as the one does not influence the other's sleep when rolling over during the night.
