Upon entry, you're immediately struck by the understated elegance that permeates this chic urban retreat. With the ground floor dedicated to living space, guests can enjoy the comfortable seating in the sitting room, or the love-seat in the garden room overlooking the tranquil courtyard garden. The adjacent kitchen/dining room has been meticulously equipped, making catering for special occasions a real pleasure.When it's time to rest, you'll find that the boutique hotel standard continues into the bedrooms, both dressed with luxurious white linens, while also providing en-suites with showers for convenience. With blissfully comfortable beds and views over Midsummer Common, these bedrooms offer a tranquil and rejuvenating space to unwind after a busy day.  
Outside, the enclosed courtyard garden is a peaceful space that offers privacy and an escape from the hustle-bustle of the atmospheric city. Accessible via the garden room, the courtyard effectively becomes a sunny extension of the open-plan ground floor. At the end of the street, just a few steps from the front door, you are able to walk directly onto Midsummer Common, a large green space bordered by the River Cam, house boats and some exceptional dining options that include the 2 Michelin starred Midsummer House and the atmospheric Fort St George public house.
