We provide a few complimentary essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and dish soap/dishwasher tabs. Please note that these items are not replenished. If you run out, you’ll need to purchase more. We also provide fresh towels and linens upon arrival. There will be an additional charge for extra towels and linens. A high chair is available free of charge, and a travel crib can be provided for an additional fee of £30\. Therefore, our duty is to strictly implement a no-noise policy from 10 PM to 7 AM. \- Take extra care of your keys. Keys not left in the designated location as specified in the check-in and check-out instructions will incur a £50 additional charge. A charge of £50 for an emergency callout; £250 for an emergency locksmith charge will be incurred for any loss or unreturned keys. \- Unauthorised late checkout resulting in cancellation of the upcoming booking will be charged to you. \- Non-approved check-outs after 10 AM will incur a charge of £25 per hour.
