"Superbe accueil de Juna mardi à 20h30\. Check-in rapide et elle a repobdu à mes questions avant que je lui demande quoi que ce soit. "The room smelled horrible like it was a room used for smoker... The smell was so bad that I could not sleep. Also I don't know why the room was for disable person. And I'm not disable, I would have prefer to have a room with a regular bath than a bath... And I'm also hoping they don't use this room for people who have a disability because people deserve to have a room whitch smell clean and not like old tobacco ! I did not understand how to use the wifi it drove me to something where I need to pay while it was supposed to be included with my room. There was no tv service either... Terrible i wont go back there "

"Check in tres long. Carte pour la porte ne fonctionnait pas , retour a la réception, Timothée soit disant résoud le problème en reprigrammant la carte...ne fonctionne toujours pas!! Vu la distance entre ma chambre et la réception , 20 minutes de perdues. Heureusement que le personnel de ménage était la pour me faire rentrer. Donc bravo au personnel de ménage mais honte aux réceptionniste...et pas un mot d'excuse pour mon temps perdu et les aller retour!! Donc appréciation mitigée mais dans l'ensey très de u par la non qualité et empathie du.personnel.de réception.. "

Juste une vieille chaussette trouvée sous un lit, pas de quoi faire un scandale ;) Super chambre communicante pour mettre bébé et les vélos et garder une belle chambre pour les parents."
