The village boasts a local farmers market, several small cafes and the famous As Vides restaurant, which is widely believed to serve the best Espatada on the whole Island. This one-bedroom downstairs apartment had been designed for your comfort, featuring large glass sliding doors allowing for indoor-outdoor living. The modern minimalist living room is designed for relaxation. It features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Multiple windows fill the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi. The city of Funchal is just a 10-minute drive away. The Madeira Airport Airport is just a 30-minute drive. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
