"I almost loved the place except that it did not give me a refund for an extra day I booked by mistake. They also did not say it with kindness but with an attitude! This is the first time I was not refunded. Sad. Second, the room is a bit cramped for three beds. They also did not offer free breakfast and 220 peso breakfast is expensive for a very small serving. Like a breakfast of daing na bangus was just 1/4 piece of the bangus. In other hotels they serve the whole bangus. I also ordered...

The room was good, clean and spacious, the pool was very good, fabulous for a night time swim but the breakfast blew me away, tons of choices something for everyone and it was hot, unlike many places where it's barley warm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not perfect was the tv, could'nt get it to work but this in no way effected my opinion of this hotel. Transfers from the airport are available at a very good price no rip off's here . Very happy with my stay and as a frequent visitor to Legazpi I will deffinatly be staying at this hotel again. 10/10"

"Room was nice; staff service was excellent! They went over and beyond. Complimentary breakfast was great however itd be great if they refill food soon especially the salad (i like their salad!) We would definitely recommend this hotel"

"The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort."
