L’appartement est très bien situé proche mer accès facile aux villes alentours comme Pise, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi etc…Appartement propre et bien équipé, au calme. Seul bémol la terrasse accessible par un escalier en dehors de l’appartement, et vu la chaleur nous n’en avons pas profité. ##### Ingrid A. Poi c'è anche il parcheggio privato dentro , quindi perfetto . La signora e il marito che ci hanno affittato l'appartamento sono molto bravi e accogliente ( famigliare) come ci piace a noi. Il mare a piedi sono poco più dei 500 metri, ma noi siamo andati in macchina abbiamo trovato sempre il parcheggio gratis fuori vicino alla spiaggia ( tranne il giorno di Ferragosto) . Die Dachterrasse erreicht man über eine Treppe im Flur - sie ist einfach nur gigantisch! Riesengroß, ruhig und mit einem Mega Ausblick. Die Küche ist nicht üppig mit Utensilien ausgestattet jedoch reicht es gut wenn man Kleinigkeiten kochen möchte. Erwähnenswert ist auf alle Fälle die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung!Den Strand kann man gut fußläufig in 5-10min erreichen, eine schöne Promenade zum Schlendern findet man allerdings nur im Nachbarort. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nicht allzu viele Restaurants jedoch war das Restaurant Ivana e Daniela um die Ecke für uns ideal da es dort für unseren Geschmack total authentische italienische Hausmannskost to go gibt - mit kleinem Baby, das um 7 Uhr schlafen geht ein wahrer Segen Zu guter Letzt ist noch zu erwähnen, dass Elena eine total nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin ist. Sie hat uns bei jedem Problem schnell und zuverlässig geholfen! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! ##### Hanna S. Die Wohnung liegt in einem gepflegten Haus in einer ruhigen Villengegend, unweit des Meeres. Das Auto parkt sicher innerhalb des Grundstücks. Ein großer, gutsortierter Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es ist ein sehr guter Standort um die Umgebung (Forte dei Marmi, Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio....) zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Highlight ist sicherlich die riesengroße Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf die Berge. In ein paar hundert Metern erreicht man den Strand, mit in der Saison kostenpflichtigen „bagnos“. Wir sind lieber 5 Minuten an einen auch sehr schönen freien Strand gefahren. Große freie Strandabschnitte in einem Naturschutzgebiet findet man auch hinter Viareggio. Schon vor unsere Anreise hat uns Elena mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Der Check In ging problemlos mit der Schlüsselbox. Der persönliche Empfang erfolgte im Anschluss. Elena ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden unseren Freunden und Familie diese Wohnung empfehlen! ##### Petra Z. Das Appartement ist Zentral gelegen. Alles nötige für den täglichen Bedarf ist in der nähren Umgebung. Elena ist super hilfsbereit. Lido di Camaiore is a great place to stay, very close to many sights we wanted to visit. Lucca, Pisa, Portofino and cinque terre were all within a few hours drive and spending the evenings relaxing on the roof terrace of the apartment was a great end to every one of those exiting days. The bed was firm but comfortable, the couch super cozy and the kitchen perfect for cooking small meals when you didn't feel like going to one of the many good restaurants in Lido di Camaiore or Viareggio. While the weather wasn't too hot when we visited, In case it is there is AC in both rooms and when I tested it it was really quiet. If you wanted to nitpick: The shower is a bit smaller than average and the water pressure was fluctuating from good to weak occasionally but it wasn't a real issue to us. Overall I can really recommend this apartment, for us two it was perfect for the week. ##### Andreas M. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca oder La Spezia ist die Lage der Wohnung perfekt. Auch der Autostellplatz auf dem Grundstück ist sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind hell und groß und es war alles sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Elena verlief einwandfrei und sie war immer für uns erreichbar. In der Nähe der Wohnung, zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, liegt ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum das nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Edeka REWE und Co. Können da garnicht mithalten. Bis zum Strand ist es leider nicht ganz so nah, je nachdem was man alles mit sich nehmen möchte. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit und die waren hier gold Wert. Damit kann man rundherum sehr viele Orte besuchen, ohne nach Parkplätzen suchen zu müssen. Besonders das Naturschutzgebiet mit freiem Strand in Viareggio ist sehr schön! Elena hat uns auch hier immer gute Tipps gegeben wo wir was finden oder wo es sich mal lohnt hinzufahren. Insgesamt haben wir schöne 2 Wochen verbracht. ##### Jan R. Die Wohnung hat allen Komfort, den man braucht. Ganz besonders genossen haben wir die Dachterrasse und die ruhige Lage. Die Städte Lucca, Pisa und Forte dei Marmi sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Lejligheden var som ventet rigtig fin med det, vi havde forventet ud fra en god beskrivelse. Terrassen øverst oppe var ekstraordinær - og en privat og rolig måde at holde familieferie uden alt for meget "casino". Området var meget roligt - stort supermarked og ganske få butikker/restauranter. Hvis man ønsker mere "liv" skal man tættere på bylivet, men vi holdt meget af roen i området.
