Elegant and clean fixtures and amenities, as usual. Only complaint is that the wifi was quite spotty in the room, which was quite annoying and unfortunate.
The Arc is very comfortable. It’s a midsize hotel but with the amenities of a larger hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a generous size. Staff were very helpful. Would stay again.

The location is great for anyone needing to be close to downtown Ottawa. Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovation
