« It listed a king size bed and it was a queen size air mattress. Cooking utensils were horrible, no mop, no dust pan and the broom fell apart. The towels were few and dingy. I had to go buy a pillow. I didn't realize that having visitors over was a problem. »

« We have stayed at many VRBO properties. This was the absolute worst. We actually chose to leave the same day we arrived. There were bugs in the house and the neighborhood was apocalyptic. Most houses on the block were boarded up and abandoned. While the only occupied home on the block had screaming and yelling coming from it. We are from out of state, we had traveled far and we were tired. We ended up needing to find a hotel so that we could sleep comfortably. I would never recommend this...

« It was a great stay for one night and I was allowed to check in 40 mins early. However, I saw baby roaches in the home and large ones outside. Maybe it was due to the hurricane weather I’m not sure. Also no keurig but had a coffee maker. The host was very nice and responded quickly. »

« The home is unique and could be quite nice with TLC. Description needs updating.Bathrooms listed not as described. Hours prior to arrival text came that 1 toilet was unavailable. Shortly after arrival, a second toilet malfunctioned. Repair help requested which occurred the following day, compensation requested & denied.Repair was done to 1 of the 2 toilets and access to a different toilet was granted. Parking- we were unaware that other guest also use this home. This made parking challenging....

"I reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 kids, the personal was complaining that we make 2 much noise , because the front desk was just under my room. My kids didn't make a lit of noise at all. The isolation wasn't not good att all. When people walked in the hallway we heard them . Bunch of people on my floor was making a lot of noise they didn't received any complaint at all. In one room they were arguing all day they didn't received any complaints. In another they were throwing a party literally and they didn't received any complaints. But i received a warning because my kids was playing. That is unacceptable. "
