Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 70 m² apartment for rent in Calvi, about 450m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment comprises  
\- 25 m² living room with TV  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washing machine...  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and single bed  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot high chair, fans.  
  
Exterior:  
\- Two 6 m² balconies to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Calvi, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

\- Hiking  
\- The little train (trinichellu) to Lumio and Ile Rousse
