Available for a 6-month minimum rental, enjoy access to community amenities like the pool and scenic walking paths. Perfect for families or groups seeking a coastal lifestyle.  
  
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to your new home in Calusa Bay, a gated community in Destin offering privacy, convenience, and elegance. This unfurnished 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is available for long-term rental only, with a minimum lease term of 180 days. This brand-new construction features quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. If you're seeking a long-term unfurnished rental in Destin, this is the ideal choice.  
  
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)  
  
Calusa Oasis offers a spacious two-story layout designed for comfort and convenience:  
  
First Floor: Open living room and dining area, guest bedroom, full bathroom, and modern kitchen with island, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Full laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are included for your convenience.  
  
Second Floor: Master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and spacious shower. Two additional secondary bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms, provide flexible accommodations for guests.  
  
Separate HVAC zones for the first and second floors ensure optimal comfort throughout the home.

Guests will have access to 2 driveway spaces and 1 garage space. Please note, there is no overflow or RV/trailer parking allowed in this community.
