We appreciated the breezeway to store our outdoor equipment. It was just outside of town, so felt private. It was also right there on US-41\. We spent our time exploring the entire Keweenaw Peninsula and felt like it was the perfect central hub. The Hancock Calumet Trail is accessible within a block or two. The home was clean and inviting and had everything we needed for our trip. It was in a location that worked very well for us to enjoy the many fun activities in the area. It's a short drive to Lake Superior providing the opportunity for us to stargaze over the lake and watch a meteor shower that was occurring during our stay.
