Discover a charming summer villa on the beautiful Costa Blanca of Calpe! This villa is perfect to accommodate 6 people and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on a single floor.   
  
Inside, the UPPER FLOOR remains closed and uninhabited during the rental, which guarantees your privacy on the GROUND FLOOR. Here you will find a pleasant living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV for entertainment. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, making meal preparation a simple task. The bedrooms consist of two with double beds and a third with a double sofa bed. In addition, the villa offers two independent bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.   
  
The exterior of the villa is equally attractive, with a beautiful terrace next to the 8x4 meter pool, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. You will also find a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and a parking space for two vehicles on the same plot.   
  
The location of the villa is privileged, as it is close to the sea and beaches. Just 100 meters away, you will find the closest cove, and 250 meters away, the sandy beach. The nearest restaurant and the center of Calpe are 2 km away, making it easy to access restaurants and shops.   
  
As for additional amenities, the villa offers free WiFi to keep you connected during your stay. Additionally, pets up to 12kg are allowed for an additional fee, meaning your furry companion can also join your holiday on the Costa Blanca.
