Schön gepflegtes Außengrundstück. Grundsätzlich wäre eine Modernisierung der Innenausstattung denkbar. Kühlschränke sind etwas altmodisch, recht klein ohne Innenbeleuchtung. Im mittlerem Appartment, Kinderzimmer fehlt vor dem Fenster ein Fliegengitter. Ein neuer Kleiderschrank wäre schön. Der Vorhandene ist quasi nur ein Kasten in dem man nicht wirklich einräumen kann. Ein Spiegel in dem Raum wäre schön. Über die Klimaanlage waren wir sehr dankbar. Ein zweites Paar Schlüssel für jedes Appartment wäre praktisch. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wieder buchen. ##### Michaela S. Nos decidimos principalmente por la gran piscina y el espacio com cocina que tenia en la misma zona. Los dos apartamentos muy espaciosos. Aug 14, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Superbe maison Maison très spacieuse de 3 niveaux avec un logement indépendant de 2 chambres à chaque niveau. Cuisine équipée dans chaque logement. Le plus sympa est en haut, le moins sympa est en bas mais reste impeccable. Piscine chauffée très grande et agréable. Un pool house très pratique avec évier frigo barbecue et local avec douche lave linge wc. Des citronniers dans le jardin du bas. Manque une table de Ping Pong pour les joueurs et possibilité de faire un petit terrain de pétanque en bas entre les citronniers. Vue magnifique sur la baie de Calpe pour le logement du haut le plus cossu. Possibilité de faire une balade sur la colline qui surplombe la maison avec vue imprenable sur Calpe d’un côté et Altea de l’autre. L’agence est à 100m à pied plus bas. Je déconseille fortement le restaurant en face de l’agence, accueil très désagréable (pas de bonjour et un au revoir timide) on se sent surveillé et les plats ne sont pas exceptionnels, n’aime visiblement pas les français (et la bonne cuisine) et pour preuve nous étions les seuls frenchies. Le restaurant plus bas au port n’a rien à voir, la gde classe et de vrais pros de la restauration. Y’a pas photo !! Pour en revenir à la maison : Plage superbe et intimiste accessible à pied en bas à 400m en longeant la rue (plage de galets non surveillée mais très agréable et propre, je préfère ces plages très calmes à celles du centre bondées et bruyantes, idéale pour le snorkeling, j’y ai d’ailleurs vu un poulpe caché sous un rocher à 20m du bord, outre les nombreux poissons, oursins et Bernard Lhermitte. Parking à voiture 2 places très pratique sous un porche au pied de la maison. Portail grille motorisé. Maison superbe bien équipée. Je recommande. ##### Marc S.
