Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room apartment with an area of 102 square meters. The apartment has been renovated in 2024 and features modern furnishings. It consists of a living/dining room equipped with digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit leading to the terrace. There are three bedrooms: one with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), another with a French bed of the same size, and the third with a larger French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). All bedrooms have air conditioning and forced-air heating. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has an exit to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It features air conditioning and forced-air heating throughout, along with a boiler with an 80-liter capacity. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Additionally, the apartment has two showers and two separate toilets. The maximum capacity of the apartment is six guests, and it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
