For shared use: swimming pool angular (12 x 7 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket 20 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 200 m. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
4-room apartment 65 m2 on 4th floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).
