Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Patio with garden furniture. Grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a large unfenced pond within the grounds. This property has a natural water supply via borehole..
