Hotel was good, we had some noise in our room cause we were under the buffet restauran but nothing crazy. Food at buffet specially breakfast can be boring, they have other restaurants in property but also the beach and other venues are within short walk distance. We went for lunch in the restaurant near the pool at the bottom level, food was good unfortunately I catch a food poison all evening and night, will be good to improve the cleanness and supervision of the restaurants, aswell many "clean" plates at buffet area were not so clean. You have the piles of plates to grab under the food areas but they were no clean all the time, besides that property is quiet and pretty

Loved the view from the hotel and the location. Room was lovely and very comfortable bed and pillows. Food was good especially options at breakfast. A really lovely hotel and friendly helpful staff. We would definitely return

We stayed here 20 Years ago and came back for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The staff are all brilliant from the reception to the waiters, nothing is too much trouble and all are very friendly. The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday, the grounds are prestine and the pool area clean and tidy. Food excellent we stayed B & B breakfast lots of choice and all hot food was hot.

Yes its refurbished but still needs more attention
Overal we had a nice time and this hotel does not need to do much to sort itself out. I attach photos which relates to two points. Extra towels needed just to soak up a water leak from the shower. Everytime we showered it leaked out of the base Other photo relates to the furniture which was the maindesk unit within the room. You can see rather than renewing it upon the refurb it has been botched up and touched in with paint (badly) . We also had curtains which would not close and he had maintenance out for all of this We also paid extra for the premium LEVEL service. One of the benefits here is complimentary snacks/nibbles/ wine/sparkling fizz. Unfortunately the quality of this was just poor, constantly asking for more glasses. To be fair the staff were rushed off their feet so I dont blame them it can only be the management not staffing it correctly. I would prefer reduced timings for snacks but better and fresher snacks being delivered. 5pm -6pm they enhance the drink selection to include items such as Gin. That then drives a behaviour of many people scrambling for the enhanced items which then very quickly runs out and then you are waiting for glasses or wine to come out. One day I had to wait 10 mins for ice. Small things as my title suggests and easily fixed. LEVEL breakfast was poor. The LEVEL also requires you to wear one of these wrist bands which I do not like. Entertainment was good. I did discuss all of this and I believe much is acknoledged so we will see...

The Level lounge is nice and enough space. First four days the so called Tapas was really poor, but it improved then. I guess other guests complained about it. Service is definitely not a five star experiment and rooms are a bit outdated.

Lovely Hotel - will never return
A great week in a lovely hotel ruined by a crazy Management decision. Was thoroughly enjoying our stay until we checked out and then were refused entry to lunch while we waited for our transfer. It's a given with an inclusive stay that you can use the facilities until you leave. We are small eaters and also ate outside of the hotel during our stay. I don't book a stay in a 5 star hotel and expect to be embarrassed, hungry and treated like trash the second I hand my room key in. Ridiculous and petty decision by the Management team which has ensured that I will never use a Melia hotel again. No reflection on the hard working staff.
