"Hard Rock Hotel lived up to its reputation, friendly staff, good food, excellent room. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrival was trouble free and the guy, sorry forgot his name, was one of the best I have come across, so friendly and helpful. We where given an upgrade to a suite, thank you. As we where early we parked our bags and grabbed a coffee in the Constant Grind and chilled. Will certainly be looking to stay in other Hard Rock Hotels on our future trips."

"Had a great stay as a family of three with a 5 years old. Facilities and staff are great and very child friendly. Buffet dinners and lunches varied - some days were excellent, other not so much. Pools are also lovely. The only true inconvenience was an absolute lack of ventilation on the bathroom/toilet. Would certainly return despite of this."

We loved the pools and the many options for food and drinks throughout the hotel. It never left us hungry or thirsty! The breakfast buffet also had a great assortment of options that pleased all 5 of our family members each morning. This is a great spot for families! "
