Sun-drenched interiors and a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with a dry butler’s pantry make cooking and entertaining effortless; meals flow from the kitchen into spacious living and dining areas that open to a covered alfresco BBQ and private inground pool with cabana, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor layout for lazy afternoons and poolside dining. When it’s time to wind down, the media room with oversized, comfortable lounges offers a cosy retreat for movies and quiet afternoons, while generous flexible living zones give everyone space to relax. Practical comforts include ducted air-conditioning throughout, a separate laundry with washer and dryer, secure off-street parking for two cars (with additional room for a boat), and thoughtful finishes throughout the home. The property comfortably sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms.
