"If you book online, it doesn’t pop up on the computer. They tell you to wait one to four hours to give you a room, balcony homeless people jump through the balcony and get into the room. there is not a security on property no hot water after 11 PM"

"I like that the staff from the front desk to the cleaners are all nice and courteous. I was impressed by how clean the room was and how the cleaners put an effort on every details in the room. I like that they also have a complimentary liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner, a bar soap, disposable hair cap and a lotion. Towels are thin but there is an extra towels ready in the bathroom. Everything I need is in the room like fridge, hair blower, microwaveand vault. There is also a coffemaker...

"I stayed here with my dog. We we driving to LA and this was a great place to stop a little over halfway from San Francisco. Clean, safe, and easy check-in. "

"A basic motel, in a reasonably good condition, quite OK for an overnight stay. Overall we had a good stay. A couple of minor issues: our key did not work to open the room a couple of times. And we could hear a phone conversation in the next room all too well. "
