33' Keystone Montana 2006 Arctic Edition 5th Wheel with two slide outs (2'x6'+ and 2'x12'+). 6'5" of head room, Deluxe innerspring mattress in the private bedroom, 65"x 37" Futon Sofa Bed in the main room, 10-gallon water heater, 35,000 BTU furnace with in-floor ducting, 15,000 BTU A/C, ceiling fan, 2 power vent fans w/ rain sensors, large 8 cubic foot double door refrigerator, oven, range and microwave. Dedicated hookups for water, septic and 50amp electric.
