Very clean and easy communication.
From 2/3 days before our stay we were in constant contact with the property manager who was extremely helpful and informative. He met us on the day to show us around and the property was immaculate and extremely well equipped! Due to the property being up quite a steep hill it is advised to get a hire car as we did find after the first day taxis are very expensive so if you want to visit other parts of the island then do get a hire car! We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place.

Astonishing!
The house is located at a perfect spot with a beautiful view to the island and the ocean. The inside as well as outside were both clean and the house satisfied all our needs, we didn't lack anything on our stay. The house is modern and had some cute and tasteful decorations, which added to it's charm. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely would recommend this beautiful apartment!

Lovely house
Absolutely loved the cottage. It was spottlessly cleaned and Joao had left us lovely flowers, Madeira cake and wine - thank you very much for your hospitality! The accomodation is spacious and comfortable, great views towards the sea as well. You need to get used to the steep drive up, but that is the same for most properties in Madeira. There are great walks in the neighbourhood, we esp. loved the Levada walk from Prazeres towards Calheta and back. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket down in Calheta (5 min drive down the hill) which is very well stocked.

Fantastic property overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed for. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well after long days walking in the mountains. It is about one hour drive from the airport. You probably need a car.
