Great family home with a spectacular view!

A casa da Rocha fica situada na costa da Madeira, mais precisamente no Paul do Mar, vila piscatória, ensolarada e quente do sudoeste. Possui uma vista panorâmica sobre o Oceano Atlântico e o Porto do Paul do Mar, onde todos os dias podemos observar os barcos de pesca tradicionais fazerem as suas capturas, nas águas cristalinas que lá se encontram. Está localizada a poucos passos da praia como também do Porto. A Casa da Rocha é de 1 piso, incluindo 2 quartos de casal, totalmente equipados, com mobiliario moderno, 2 casas de banho equipadas com sanita e base de duche, uma sala de estar moderna, ampla com vista mar, sala de jantar e cozinha totalmente equipada, churrasco totalmente equipado preparado para passar bons momentos a dois ou em familia. No exterior uma rede de descanso, suspensa sobe o jardim, perfeito para passar momentos únicos, observando as estrelas e ouvindo o som do mar, de dia aproveitar para apanhar bons banhos se sol, acompanhado sempre com uma vista maravilhosa sobre o cais e sobre o mar. No local existem alguns cafés, bares, restaurantes, um mini-mercado e um banco a uma curta distância. A praia de areia da Calheta fica a 5km (10 minutos de carro), podendo aproveitar não só a praia como também a magnífica marina da Calheta. A casa da rocha possui uma vista panorâmica sobre o mar como também tem vista montanha. Existem vários percursos a fazer no Paul e a casa fica situada no começo do percurso Paul do Mar/ Prazeres, caminhada essa com vistas maravilhosas.

Top confort

Accueil très agréable de Duarte qui nous a attendus à cause d'un vol détourné sur Porto Santo (trop de vent). Une bouteille de Madère et une papaye nous ont été offerts, c'est toujours appréciable. La maison est superbe, très bien équipée et très confortable. La vue sur l'océan et la vie de ce petit port nous ont enchantés, vues de la terrasse ou du rooftop.
