As it turns out, we are an airport hotel and we are about 15 minutes drive to Downtown, Calgary, if ever that you're not driving there's also a bus at the airport that will take you directly in the city. Also, Deerfoot City Mall, Crossiron Mills and some great restaurant are just about 7-10mins drive from our location. I hope this information helps and looking forward on your next visit to Calgary. I am sorry to hear about your concern, Angella. Shuttle pick-up is available upon request; wait times range from 10-15 minutes to 30 minutes depending on whether our shuttle is travelling to another hangar to drop off or pick up another guest. The fact that you waited for a few hours at the airport is really concerning.
