The unit is on a quiet street blocks away from shops of Marda Loop. We enjoyed our home away from home. ##### Julie S. What was supposed to be a five night stay ended up as a two night stay, and the second night was filled with smoke and no sleep. In the basement suite below our unit the occupants stayed up all night and smoked the entire time. By the morning our unit was filled with “volatile organic compounds and carbon dioxide” as per the thermostat and wreaked of disgusting smoke. Not only did we have to leave due to my husbands asthma but neither me nor my daughter could endure another night in that environment. We contacted the owners/hosts many times to then finally get a delayed response and one which offered to get rid of the “smell” of smoke or to try and cancel on our end and find new renters for the next three days of our stay. We left, were given no refund and were made to feel like we were the problem, (even after contacting VRBO). ##### Jill D.
