Living Room- 2 leather reclining sofas that focus onto a 45" flat screen and entertainment unit. There is room here for a double air bed (if required) to sleep any additional guests, 5.1 surround sound system, 45" flat screen TV with Xbox & Netflix which makes it the perfect place to relax and watch a movie after a long day of exploring. It is situated next to a half bathroom and equipped with essential toiletries and towels provided.

Kitchen- This fully stocked brightly lite kitchen boasts plenty of cookware and cabinetry and has upgraded stainless steel appliances, fridge, microwave, ceramic stove top/oven, keurig coffee maker, toaster and laminate hardwood flooring throughout. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart across the street and a Tim Hortons, Starbucks and many other shopping and restaurants in McKenzie Towne Centre only a 5-7 minute walk away. The bus station is only a 5 minute walk that can take your directly to the downtown attractions as well as a family friendly Inverness Pond & park perfect for kids, joggers and for all our furry friends..

Located across the street from Shoppers Drug Mart. 1 block from Inverness Pond and public transit bus station is only a 5 minute walk away. 2 blocks from Goodlife fitness, Sobeys, 2 pubs and many other amenities. 130th ave shopping centre is a 5 minute drive up 52 street and has Walmart, Superstore and tons of other shopping and restaurants. The new South Campus Hospital is only an 8 minute drive, the ring road access is only a 2 minute drive away and Seaton shopping centre has other additional shopping as well as the world's biggest YMCA.

Getting Around:
-Up to a 10 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart,Sobeys grocery store, 2 liquor stores, 2 pubs, Marble Slab ice cream and many other shops and restaurants.

Clean and cozy!
We had a great couple weeks at the townhouse while our house was listed for sale! It was so great have a clean and quiet place to go! Chris was very responsive and helpful answering all our questions right away. Great hosts!
