The house was exactly as described, clean, and the location was excellent. Our host Steven was very responsive via the app for questions before and during our stay. The house has a single car garage, but we had 2 vehicles so one was parked on the street just around the corner from the house. Steven helped get both cars registered for street parking which was quite easy. We never had an issue finding a parking spot close to the house. The house came with plenty of soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. so we didn't have to purchase any of that during our stay - a really nice touch compared to some other places I've rented in the past. We did a couple small loads of laundry and the dryer seemed to take longer than usual to dry clothes, but it did eventually get them dry. The AC worked well, but it is a 3 story house basement, so the lower floors stayed very cold while the upper floors were much warmer - not really a big deal as the weather was mostly cool during our stay. Overall our stay at the property was great with no complaints. If I had to give some constructive feedback, the house condition did feel like a short term rental with lots of minor cosmetic scuffs, scratches, and nicks around the interior of the house. Not really a deal breaker for a short term VRBO stay, but some minor touch ups around the property would make it feel like a brand new house again. ##### Zach B.
