Our room was extremely hot when we entered but was quickly taken care of by staff once made aware of. I would have appreciated some hair conditioner, had to go buy some, just something you have grown to expect. Great eat in/takeout restaurant, Hungerstop, across the parking lot. The picture of the Inn on the website very misleading, I didn’t recognize it even though I had stayed there previously! All in all though very happy with the stay!

When I booked the website said the hot tub was open but once I checked in I was told it was closed! Very unhappy with this as the only reason I chose this besides it being close to home was the hot tub!

Everything was good except the pool facility. It was dirty (fake eyelashes on the ground, used bandaids and dirty towels on seating areas), and the hot tub was closed. There was a notice when I booked months ago, and it doesn't look like it's reopening anytime soon, which was undortunate since we specifically chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub.

Window in room was wide open when I arrived. Temperature out side was -8° turned heat up and went for dinner. Came back room was still ice cold. Phoned front desk and maintenance came and after a hour got the heat working. Room was average but definitely not premium room. As my business partners room was the same but was just the standard room.

1) Smell of dog/pet poop in room carpet (pet friendly hotel) was a real turn off... had to cover that section of carpet with a blanket to keep the smell surpressed. 2) Hot tub was out of order. 3) HVAC was too chill for the pool area. 4) Pool was too busy... All of a sudden the pool is packed all the time, I've never seen it so busy before. 5) Wish the TV was bigger/more modern (pretty thick and small, they should really update TVs) 6) Man loitering for hours by elevator door was a bit concerning... but found out later the hotel is supporting refugees.. so I suppose they might feel a bit cooped up in the room for weeks and months so might hang out in other areas. Still was a nice time, enjoyed the pool, buffet, nice staff, nice lobby,... I appreciate they have finished/decorated the common areas to look a upscale.
