Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. ○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbours, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units) ○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ (Applicable to Equipped Units) Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob/key, if not returned. ○ Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. The space, the green forest views, the barbeque, the amenities, etc., etc., were all perfect.The location is just outside Calgary to the west, close to the awesome Calgary Co-Op Westside supermarket, Tim Horton's, the Rec Centre, riverside parks and playgounds, and many many more. The free parking at the 69th LTR train station made going downtown a breeze, and thanks to proximity of the house to the Trans-Canada HWY 1, we were able to drive up to Canmore and Banff multiple times.That house is most definitely our "Home in Calgary." ![Daily trips to the Co-Op for meat to put on the barbeque!
