Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. ○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbours, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units) ○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony.
