Location was amazing for stampede as the grounds were 2 blocks away. The process of getting the booking finalized and checked in was a complete disaster. Globalstay manages the property and their lack of documentation and communication within lead to numerous documents having to be sent up to an including an hour before the check in process. I attempted to front load the process knowing how busy stampede gets and how backlogged companies get. Globalstay refused to provide any information early after booking and it was only until the week of did they contact me in a panic demanding documents or they would cancel the booking. Even after sending the required documents they asked for them again and again so they did not keep track of which agent received what information. If I try to book a room and find it is with Globalstay I will be looking elsewhere unless there is no other option. ##### Alex B.
