This is a good hotel for stay in one night, staff were very friendly and hotel room was very good. My kids enjoyed the swimming poor very much. We’ll stay again if we travel to Calgary in the future.
Overall Condition is fantastic! Facilities like pool workout room and onsite dining are all great! In building parking is only available to valet this is only negative as it clogs up the entrance and is a bit pricey
Great place to stay, awesome pool and gym, pleasant staff, good food for room service, walkable to town and train and cheap parking with loads of spaces immediately across the street.
You either have to pay for parking in the lot across the street and get up at 6AM to extend it or pay $45 to pay for a valet to park your car in the hotel's lot. Keep in mind that Calgary has one of the highest parking rates in North America,so really inconvenient.
Alway have great stay. Location is awesome , hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Only complaint would be the noisy construction across street which they can’t control
This property is one of the best customer service I've ever had. Very clean, friendly. Reasonable priced. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The air conditioning was turned off. Unfortunately the room was 25 degrees and no way to cool it down to a comfortable temperature. I did not get much sleep. The staff brought a fan and I opened windows but it didn’t help.
Lovely clean room with comfortable bed and great sheets. Food from restaurant good. Properties around the hotel under construction only thing I didn’t like. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful area and really nice hotel! Family loved the pool, waterslide and hot tub!
The only tricky part was there was only valet or on street parking which is understandable for the area but if you don’t want to pay $45 per day for valet, it’s a little less convenient. That being said we were able to find parking relatively close and could even remote start the car from our room on a snowy morning!
We came down with the family to get out of the city to another for a change of scenery.
We used to stay at the best western port o call but found the rooms and food to be sub par and the pool room and water cold.
We decided to try the Sheraton and weren’t disappointed.
The staff, rooms and location was perfect.
I love how the hotel provides nice warm jackets for the valet staff.
The water in the room is brand name and free of charge.
I love the separation in the room for parents on one side and kids on the other with their own tv.
They even had a humidifier which was great.
If I had to find something to complain about it would be that they won’t have a bellhop/concierge run Uber eats to your room so you always have to come down to get it and it was our first time at the hotel and we asked for an upgrade and was turned down quickly.
