Cons: bed was like sleeping on concrete, ac didnt work so we had windows all open which had no screens so you heard all the outside noise (bums & drunks), they offer underground parking which you have to pay in advance which we didnt know before we got there so that caused a bit of delay and we found a crack pipe in the couch. The easy self check-in was also a plus.It’s kind of sad, because this apartment could have so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not well maintained. There were numerous stains on the floor, broken tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, and poorly patched holes in the door. The bedding had holes, and the towels were dirty and still wet, so I had to wash them before using them. The kitchen had only the very basics, and the overall cleanliness was lacking — I even found belongings from previous tenants behind the couch.The location also comes with challenges, as there’s a drop-in center around the corner. I saw homeless individuals in the area, including one searching through the garbage bin outside for food. Some other tenants had loud parties all night, and traffic noise was constant, so light sleepers might find it difficult to rest.Sadly, despite the great view, responsive host, and easy check-in, I wouldn’t stay here again. ##### Anne-Marie S.
