Cancelled day before stampede
This host took our money 3 months before the stampede then cancelled on us the day before we were set to arrive. He claimed there was a “leak” and that they couldn’t host us, I was forced to book rooms at a hotel last minute and pay crazy high booking rates. I want by the house and there was no work being done, properly looked totally fine. This host is a scammer DO NOT BOOK!

This is a wonderful property well suited to small groups. Layout is perfect for a get together with maybe 3 couples. House was clean and the check in process was flawless. Great communication. Hot tub was clean and functional - which can often times be an issue. My only grievance relates to the inflexibility around my booking. Given the current circumstances with COVID-19 and complete lock down / restrictions around gatherings I would have hoped we could have rebooked. As it stood the host offered a $250 credit for cancellation, but I would have been on the hook for almost $1,000 and not even use the property. I understand there is a business case because my reservation made the property ineligible for a full month rental, but I was disappointed an alternative arrangement couldn't be made or full credit given. Be careful with your bookings of this property given the COVID restrictions in place.

Amazing location and home
This was a beautiful property in an absolutely amazing location. It is on a lovely residential street within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, a grocery store and a natural foods market with a wonderful bakery! It is also a comfortable walk to downtown. The home itself was very clean and well appointed and the hosts were thoughtful and responsive (they provided extra masks and cleaning supplies and had plenty of hand soap available which was all very welcome in these times of Covid). There was plenty of room for my family to spread out. A great place - I wish we could have stayed longer!
