Nestled in a very quiet and convenient street, across from Brenner Park, a playground and a baseball field, steps from Nose Hill Park with easy access to major roads. It had everything required for a relaxing time. Keeping in mind the need to drive to most tourist-oriented venues, there were several restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute walking distance as well as a decent strip mall including a Walmart Supercenter nearby for groceries and other items if needed. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The shared space is not an issue as the soundproofing between levels was very effective. Everything looked and felt new.
