As the title says, this apartment has an amazing location. You're right across the street from the Bow River and the trail system. I was able to walk across the street and go for a run and a bike ride without having to drive to the trail. There are many restaurants in the area which are a close drive. If you are interested in Lime Bikes/Scooters, look out the window and you will almost always find one to use.
Upon checkin, I noticed some raisins on the floor and whoever stayed before us missed the toilet. This is not a big deal to us so we did not care. This is why I rated the cleanliness 3/5. The two bar stools probably should be updated. I was about to sit on one but was afraid I was going to break it.
Someone who also reviewed this apartment commented that parking can be a pain. This is true but here is the rundown on parking. There is a private garage which might be available, might not. Message the property owner before you arrive and try to secure a space. If you want street parking, no problem! There is ample street parking which you have to pay for Monday-Saturday from 9am-6pm. Yes, overnight parking is free. There is also a pay parking lot one block away which you can pay all day if you desire. TIP: I parked right across the street and I found a spot at 4pm. I paid for two hours and the spot turned free when my time was up. For my four day trip, I paid around $12.00 US Dollars for the duration of our stay.
The apartment building is QUIET! The first two days I seriously wondered if anyone lived in the building.
Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend this apartment to anyone who was looking for a nice, clean and quiet place to stay with an amazing location.
Thank you for your hospitality!
