K@Home is ready to make your stay unforgettable. We’d love to host you! The space ● 2700 SQF total living space —creating a safe, bright, and comfortable atmosphere ● Enjoy ample space with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home offers the convenience of 2 ensuite bedrooms, along with 2 king beds and 3 queen beds for ultimate comfort ● Large, Spacious fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, plus a deck with an outdoor table and chairs for relaxing ● Fully fenced large, private backyard—perfect for outdoor activities ● Enjoy complimentary street parking in front of the house ● 7 mins walking to Dalhousie (C-Train) station This home is designed for Perfect location, comfort, convenience, and modern living! Guest access SELF CHECK IN with private code! Other things to note \+ We have security camera outside the front and back door. This will be on during your stay. The sole purpose is to protect you and property, There is absolutely no camera inside. \+ Supplies provided are limited. For stays longer than 14 days where supplies may run out, you will need to replenish the supplies for your stay. \+ .For snow removal during our winter season (October-April), a contractor clears the driveway, path to the entrance, and city sidewalk. During continuous snow, please note that public walkways are prioritized according to city bylaws. Snow clearing occurs once every 24 hours during ongoing snowfall. Driveways are addressed as needed until the snow event concludes. We cannot guarantee our property will be the first to be cleared or that all ice will be removed. A shovel (and ice melt, if required) is provided for your use. Your safety is important to us; please be mindful of your footing and take care when moving around the property \+ During the summer season (mid-May to September), our lawn is professionally mowed every two weeks. Please be aware that due to the contractor's scheduled visits, the lawn may not always appear freshly cut. Close to restaurants and shopping. We had to book a last minute stay at this house because our other vrbo reservation was cancelled due to the property owner not responding. This ended up being a way better deal in the end. The property owner of this house was super friendly and had great communication. The home is lovely, well laid out and has a beautiful kitchen that has plenty of cookware to allow for normal dining and food prep. The home was extremely clean and well taken care of. The downstairs two bedrooms were perfect for teenagers as they were separate from the upstairs living and bedrooms, allowing for lots of privacy and space.
