The entire building was very hot. Called to have AC checked, they never followed up and it was not any better. No offer to move rooms or discount given the discomfort during heat wave- kids had to sleep in underwear.

The hotel itself was good but was lower than my expectations compared to the once I had before in Vancouver branch. Reception area should offer a refreshing drink even just water not just coffee-all-day! It's so freaking hot outside. Your offers should be based at least with outside weather. Receptionist was nice & friendly. But the way to the parking lot has no signage. The receptionist even went outside to direct us because it's way too confusing. Breakfast food was not good tastes blunt and dry. Pillows we're so old you need a new one please!

Parking was confusing but Esther at the reception was extremely helpful. She was very nice and courteous. There are some homeless people near the library. The hotel was close to Central Library and Studio Bell.
