Since you book this one through a third party, therefore you pay them and they pay us. The property did not take any deposit directly from the guest's credit card as advance payment for the Room + Taxes. In the future, to avoid inconvenience upon check in, if you are not coming with the guest, please ensure to add their name in the reservation so we can check them in without confirming with you.
