This home has 1800+ sq ft. of total living space (this includes the developed basement) 3 Bedrooms on the upper floor A fully developed basement with a Rec area and a spare room that can either be used as a bedroom or study. The Master Bedroom is en-suite with programmable heated floors in the bathroom for those cold winter days. Please review our house rules. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS. The space Lovely pot lights installed on the main floor, in the master bedroom and the basement. Programmable thermostat. Hardwood flooring on the main floor. Brand new Vinyl plank on the top floor. This is a beautiful home. The front of the house faces east so you see the sun rise from the Master bedroom. The back of the house is west facing so you can see the sunset from the kitchen or preferably from the deck on a nice summer day. Lots of renovations 1\. Newly renovated kitchen 2\.
