Area is quiet. All the amenities were great.Only things we wished we had known in advance was that it's a Keurig coffeemaker (I brought my own and yours was much nicer) and there were no hangers (we could have brought our own). It wasn't that close to the ctrain station but it's a great location and LOVED the size and newness/style of the place. ##### Jane F.
