Everything is brand new! A short walk to the lake path to Chestmere lake. 10 minutes drive to Calgary! Great location close to parks, restaurants, grocery shopping, the lake, Lakeside Golf course and walking paths! Great for families, group travelers and corporate retreat! Located east of Calgary, Chestermere Lake is a beautiful 4.8km long lake that provides many water activities. Boaters are welcome on the lake. Feel free to enjoy the wind in your hair and try out your wakeboard, water skis, or tubes. Non-motorized boats such as canoes, kayaks, sailboats, and paddleboats also make use of the lake. With a fishing license, you can also fish at Chestermere Lake, where several very large fish have been caught. Buoys placed near the parks during summer mark shoreline areas for swimming. In winter, you can skate or even snowmobile on the frozen ice. Our home is in a relatively quiet and very safe neighborhood! The space was very comfy and cozy, had an enormous amount of space, and best of all a very well stocked kitchen. All three days of our stay we were able to cook full family dinners and had no issues cleaning up. There were many bedrooms for my family to stay on and even multiple pull out beds from the couches. There are definitely enough beds for large groups. Location was also great, easy access to food and grocery.
