The HVAC was non-functioning. Could not call front desk to tell them as the telephone was not working. It took 3 days for them to finally bring in a portable space heater t and blankets.

Hotel is old but clean. Temp control in room didn’t seem to work. Not all rooms have bathtubs. Double queen rooms are tight and limited seating options. There are much better areas to stay in Calgary. Probably won’t stay here again unless attending with a large group as was the case this time.

Had an issue with the room the initially gave us vs. What i had booked on expedia. They made the changes, and gave a free breakfast for all of us. Breakfast was excellent, and all staff were very friendly and doing a great job

It takes a lot for me to give a high rating, but Delta earned it here. Every single staff member was friendly and engaging. The outside of the hotel is unassuming. If I wasn’t there for a team event, I probably would not have picked the hotel but I’m sure glad I did. The inside is modern and stylish. The amenities were great. The hotel restaurant is fantastic wide assortment on their menu.

My experience with Expedia was not good. Your prices were much higher than the hotel itself but you still advertise that your prices are the best. Never Expedia again. I will make sure to share my experience with other travellers.

Hotel maintenance was quick to deal with feces in the hot tub. Some other guests did not respect noise at late hours but Security was quick to control. The Sage restaurant breaky was really good though. The best part of the stay. However, our room service did not have all the items we requested and the chocolate torte dessert was anything but. More like a hard brownie. Not worth the money. Probably the lowest review I have given to any Delta hotel I’ve stayed at. Sorry. I wouldn’t come back.

Good location on Macleod and Southland. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. The mattress in our son's room had some collapsed springs resulting in a big soft spot (a hole really) at hip level, and should have been replaced. Glad we didn't have our truck there; the parking spaces were tight for anything larger than our midsize suv. Overall the hotel was a very nice property with excellent staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Delta. We were in the atrium building, which was quiet. The Atrium building had its own pool and hot tub. Parking was great. The area around the hotel seemed busy but if you are staying so you can shop, there is a mall right across the street and lots of stores along MacLeod Trail. Easy to get to the hotel from Deerfoot Trile too!
