We had no cold water in our room in the taps, only hot. Big black footprint on the bathmat when I laid it out. Room was a nice size and liked the square pillows on the bed.

Very disappointed we were not aware the pool and waterslide were not working! This is one of the reasons we wanted to stay. Please update your website so customers know, pretty disappointing.

We apologize for the inconvenience, the Expedia website and app have the temporary closure listed under property amenities and have X beside the pool and hot tub on the main page. Our pool and hot tub will be reopened for May 1, 2024

The pool and hot tub (yes even the hot tub) were set to 72°, it was extremely cold. We came with a toddler who was very disappointed as they were excited for the pool. As we tried to swim, two other families joined and promptly left because it was too cold and the children were almost shivering after 10 minutes. This was brought up to the front desk who said they would “contact a manager”. No one ever showed up and unfortunately nothing was remedied during our stay.

Rooms were a good size, clean, and in decent shape. Overall, room was very comfortable. Lots of parking available. For the price, it was a good deal. On the downside: breakast is average to mediocore, the walls are paper thin so it can get noisy and you can hear conversations in adjacent rooms, and there is not much staff to be seen or to help. But, can't be too particular with a good room rate deal.

The bedding is very very old, the blankets are see through as are some of the towels. The room was not overly clean. Saturday morning there was not much hot water. The male that was working (manager? Assistant manager?) was not friendly at all. Would not choose to stay here again

We had someone in next room arrive at 215 am swearing and banging things. Dog yapping and door closing non stop till 5:00 am I called front desk. They finally shut the next room guests up for the rest of the night. We had almost no sleep that night.

Sink didn’t drain but they sent someone right away to fix it. We had the pool area to ourselves which was great, but it looks like it needs some maintenance. Broken ladder, loose gravel.

Property is okay, the hallway is bit dark, the air condition/heating is not working, the bed wasnt made properly, the linen were tuck out half way of the bed, the scrambled egg does not taste like egg at all and no pancakes. If you are not a tech shabby you wont figured out how to operate the tv with two remotes and not knowing where to look for channels. On other hand i like the 3 pump soap, shampoo and conditioner built in the shower and the hair dryer and those extra paper cup for brushing teeth.

This property is just ok. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. Noise levels were excessive at times due to some of the sports teams. It’s too bad there isn’t better room placement. If teams were put on lower levels and non-sports guests were put on upper levels it might help with the continuous thumping and screaming. Front desk staff are invisible a lot of the time. Noise and disregard for others is a problem everywhere but it certainly wasn’t handled well here at all. Won’t be coming back.

Havent stayed here for about 10 years and I am happy I chose to come back. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet despite being super busy! Will definitly be coming back soon!

Clean, quiet and modern hotel. Nice breakfast. The front desk staff was very unhelpful, made multiple mistakes with the room that was books, and was nowhere to be found when they were needed unfortunately. There are also no plugs for vehicle block heaters in winter time.

Front desk was not occupied in the early morning and late evening. Found this funny for a large hotel. Anyone could have entered the building, so security was questionable? I would have expected a staffed front desk 24/7.

It was just your regular budget hotel. Nothing special. The was room clean. The pool area definitely needs a face lift but the kids loved swimming despite that. The breakfast was simple but nice to have.
