It features two twin beds, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a basic kitchen setup. While the building is older, the unit itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Paid parking is available nearby, and with easy access to public transit, local shops, dining spots, and the scenic Bow River, it’s a comfortable and budget-friendly base for exploring the city. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ This is a self check-in unit, detailed instructions will be sent prior to your arrival for a smooth and easy entry. The studio features 1 queen-size bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. No pets are allowed in the unit. Third-party bookings are not allowed, the person booking must be the one staying in the unit. Please note that there is no AC in the unit.
