Didn’t specify there would be no gym or sauna or poo because of the construction. They double charged me for the room so good thing I looked. Been two days and still haven’t been refunded. Won’t be staying here again

Have stayes here lots in pas 6 months last weekend was absoulty horrible from the animals partying above me and hotel staff not doing anything about it complained in middle.of night to staff nothing done talked to staff again in morning was laughed at so last time to stay there

The property was located in a very useful area. MacDonald and grocery store are nearby. The staff is super friendly and very cooperative.

When we arrived we had a nice greeting from the front desk personnel. Once we entered the elevator, it was apparent that this hotel doesn’t take pride in cleanliness. There was fingerprints all over the walls - they remained there for 2 days while we stayed as well. ** keep in mind this is during the COVID-19 pandemic ** We entered our room, looks like a regular hotel room. It’s been updated at some point...usual wear and tear. Enter the bathroom and it wasn’t as clean as it should be. Hair in the tub, on the counter, toilet... sink had dirty streaks in it. And the floors weren’t vacuumed in both our room or the hallway. We called to the front desk and it was dealt with immediately. If you like a firm mattress, you will enjoy your stay.. we didn’t sleep well. The breakfast- the sausage patties looked disgusting, must be boiled as they don’t have much colour and the eggs tasted like they had been sitting around for days. You have the options of cereal, yogurt and waffles, toast etc. Would be nice to have some whipped cream and fresh fruit to add to the waffles The pool - standard pool and hot tub. Kids loved the slide. But there again, they don’t take pride in cleaning around the deck. The 2 days we were there, there were beer cans sitting behind a plant by the hot tub and cookie crumbs on the floor. we got what we paid for...which was a cheaper price on Expedia and we won’t revisit again.

Breakfast items were just ok. In particular the eggs were just boiled eggs that were peeled and cut up, then placed in a serving pan where they tended to get hard and dried out.
