A fan is provided to help with air circulation during warmer days. The entrance is located on the west side of the building, separate from the main entrance. Shared laundry facilities are available on the main floor of the building. Paid parking is available in the back alley on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the building is older and may show signs of wear, such as water stains on the ceiling, marks on the walls, or minor scuffs and imperfections throughout the space. That said, the unit is kept clean, comfortable, and fully functional for your stay. It was easy access for i where i needed to go. I was happy to find these accommodations, as everything was booking up so fast. I was visiting town in June for 2 weeks for a school certification and able to stay in 3 different rooms in this one building.
