We checked in and ran in to use the downstairs bathroom. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned stains on seat urine and blood the garbage hadn't been taken out. A dirty sponge was on the sink no towels to wipe hands. We moved on to check out the house. Kitchen dirty counters garbage hadn't been emptied dishes dirty very limited dishes and utensils. Sidewalks all ice and driveway full of snow. The thermastat in the house was locked out at 17 degrees in minus 25 degrees outside. One pan and plastic cutlery. This host shouldn't be allowed to rent. Host completely unaware of their downfalls. VRBO personnel had no understanding of our situation and couldn’t give proper advice.
