Very clean and comfortable, but location a little difficult to get in and out of.

Good place to stay.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: N.W. Calgary. Everything a big city has to offer.
Needed a place to stay on vacation. Personal road trip.

Noisy Noisy Noisy

Posted 22-Aug-2016
Quite noisy as Hotel is right off of Crowchild Trail. Room was right across hall from pub and eatery which made it just as noisy. No side or rear entrance to building so if parking at the back, you must walk all the way around to the front. Parking is geared towards smaller vehicles only-no bigger trucks per say. Bathroom is awful-water ran all over the floor as there is no edging between shower and actual floor(had to put towels down on floor to prevent flooding into actual bathroom-curtain sticks to you while showering as its a very narrow area-french sliding doors on bathroom do not close properly leaving large gap and provided little to no privacy when in there. Ceiling tiles on bathroom very dirty in shower area revealing mold/mildew in some spots as well as glue or some other substance which doesn't leave a good impression on the eyes.

Nice hotel, but...

Posted 22-Aug-2016
The hotel was nice, the staff was great but the rooms cleanliness could use work there was a used bar of soap on the shelf in the shower and there were crackers on the floor under the a/c unit.

It's bigger on the inside!

Posted 21-Aug-2016
Very surprisingly high end compared to the other hotel / motels in the same city block. An odd open-air architecture that allows for a ton of natural light to come in. Only one entrance through the lobby despite every hotel room having a door to the outside balconies and staircase. Room access is by proximity so no swipe to slow you down, and that's why only one access as the exterior doors are the old-style swipe pad. Would definitely stay again.

Started off good

Posted 11-Aug-2016
We stayed 2 nights. Our room wasn't cleaned on the second day and when I asked for clean towels, it took over 3 hours to get it. We only got 2 towels for 4 people! And the front desk lady was so rude. Chalking it up as a one of situation and would stay here again.

Nice hotel, awful service

Posted 6-Aug-2016
Stayed there one night, left a pair of leggings there and phones the next day to see if i can come get them, had to phone for a week to actually get servixe, they hung up the phone on me twice and found out one of the staff stole the leggings instead of putting it in the lost and found.
